LATER this year fashion and music fans will divide as Lady Gaga and Naomi Campbell will go head to head in the fifth series of Ryan Murphy's American Horror Story TV show.
Campbell, who recently had a recurring role as a fashion designer on Empirewill join the show as a fashion editor who will pay "the ultimate price for her critiques", reports TVLine. While Gaga's exact character within the series is yet to be confirmed, her first acting role will see her clash with the supermodel when the pair will begin filming scenes as of next week.
The fifth instalment of the franchise takes on the subtitle of Hotel and will also see Chloe Sevigny, Kathy Bates, Emma Roberts and Sarah Poulson return to the horror anthology.
Creator and producer Murphy expressed to Deadline that the season ahead will be "a little bloodier and grislier I think than anything that we've done before; it's straight horror this year."
American Horror Story: Hotel is anticipated for release in October.
