TAYLOR SWIFT has been ordered to testify in the ongoing dispute between the singer and the founder of fashion label Lucky 13, the latter of whom claims Swift copied its trademark onto a collection of cotton T-shirts that were then sold by the star.
Swift's lawyers had previously said that there was no way the star would attend a hearing, arguing that she was being harassed by Lucky 13 as any appearance would impact her 1989 tour that is currently taking her all over the world. But, following a Californian judge's ruling on Wednesday, she now has no choice and has until next week to confirm a convenient time.
