Victoria's Secret Fashion Show 2018: What we know so far
The Victoria's Secret Fashion Show 2018 took place on November 8. The show will be broadcast on TV and online on December 2, with pink-carpet interviews, model profiles and a behind-the-scenes look at the making of the event included. In the US it will be shown on ABC Network. A UK channel has not been confirmed yet, but last year UK residents were able to watch it using the streaming app HayU.
The Victoria's Secret Fashion Show 2018 was held in New York at Pier 94. Previous events have been held in London, Miami and Los Angeles. Last year, the lingerie brand tapped into its growing Chinese market by staging its annual show in Shanghai, while in 2016 they rolled out the pink carpet at the Grand Palais in Paris, which has played host to many Chanel shows over the years.
This year will be a mix of newcomers, like Winnie Harlow and Duckie Thot, but many beloved veteran Angels will return to the stage too.
Behati Prinsloo will be making her VS return after a three-year absence and will be joined by Adriana Lima, Stella Maxwell, Elsa Hosk, Romee Strijd and many more.

Bebe Rexha, The Chainsmokers, Halsey, Kelsea Ballerini, Rita Ora, Shawn Mendes and The Struts comprised the all-star line-up of musical guests. “The show is a year-long production, and 2018 promises to be our most ambitious yet,” said Victoria’s Secret executive producer Ed Razek. “We have more musical guests, more fashion and more stories than ever; and, of course, 60 of the world’s top models.” Last year, former One Direction member and Miss Vogue pin-up Harry Styles was booked alongside Miguel, Jane Zhang and Leslie Odom Junior. In the past, performers have included Taylor Swift, Rihanna and Selena Gomez.
The costumes worn by the models on the Victoria's Secret runway range from the relatively simple pairing of lingerie and stilettos to sculptural wings and elaborate headdresses. Elsa Hosk was chosen to wear the Victoria's Secret Fantasy Bra. This year's show-stopping piece was created using 100 per cent Swarovski Creted Diamonds and responsibly sourced topaz. Valued at $1 million, the 2018 Dream Angels Fantasy Bra and body chain are adorned with over 2,100 Swarovski Created Diamonds in a sterling silver Dream Angels bra silhouette. The set took over 930 hours to create and has over 71 carats with the centre piece. For the first time, customers will be able to purchase a version of the Victoria's Secret Dream Angels Fantasy Bra made with Swarovski crystals for $250 on Thursday, 29 November at selected Victoria's Secret stores and victoriassecret.com.
